What are shipping costs?
Free shipping includes the 48 contiguous states but not Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories.
How long until l receive my bike?
The order will be process in 48 business hours. Once the order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email. We use FedEx for shipping. Please allow 2~7 business days for the shipment to arrive to your designated location Any delivery dates provided by Urban Drift are estimates.
Do you offer exchanges?
If you find that your new urban-drift isn't right for you, you can return it (in new, unridden/unused condition) within 14 days for a full refund in accordance with our Online Purchase Return Policy.
Can I cancel an order once l've placed it?
If order has not shipped, reach out to our team and they will help you with order cancellation. If the order has shipped out from our warehouse, it will be treated as a return. You will need to contact Customer Service at service@urban-drift.com
What accessories come with Ebike?
We send wrenches, front basket, full front and rear fenders and rear racks with the e-bike.
