Battery USB Note 

The quick removable modular battery sold by urbandriftcurrent battery models:forerunner-s1 Max lets you able to charge the battery pack on or off the frame. Also, charge your phone with the battery USB port. The battery of the urbandrift e-bike is also set up with a key to keeping your battery safe. If you want to buy a replacement battery for your urbandrift electric bike, then it is worth noting that you must make sure that the battery you would like to buy is compatible with the model of your e-bike. Currently, our batteries are only compatible with the corresponding model of the e-bike. You may find that urbandrift Mars and Ranger have the same voltage, but the Ranger's battery is taller than Mars', which makes it unable to install the battery on the e-bike. On the other hand, even if you can buy a battery with the same parameters, such as voltage, there is a possibility of damage to urbandrift's e-bike after installing those batteries due to the circuit design and the battery protection system is incompatible. Therefore, once you install a non-original or incompatible battery on your urbandrift e-bike, your e-bike will NOT be covered by the Warranty. How to remove the battery?

1. Turn off the bike
2. Use the key, press it then turn it to the UNLOCK position
3. Remove the battery Note: Ensure the key is on the unlock position before removing the battery of the mount

The battery has 3 positions: UNLOCKED, OFF, and ON. 

Key position is shown: OFF

Turn the keys clockwise. to position "OFF". In this position, the battery will be locked to the frame but the power will not be active.

The key position is shown: ON

The power will be active, and the key will be locked into the battery so it cannot be removed. The keys must be turned to the ON position for your bike to work.

Key position is shown: UNLOCK

Press it then turn it to the UNLOCK position. In this position, you can remove your battery

1. Check if the battery can be turned on when the key is turned on in the ON position. 2. Check if the power display is indicated when long-press the power button of the battery. 3. When you charging, please check the adjust the connections of the charger. The normal situation is when you plug the charger into the outlet, the light on the charging turns green. When you plug the charger's adapter cable into the device, this light on the charging turns back to red.

You may need to check the fuse connection of the battery (shown below). Use a Phillips head screwdriver to carefully loosen the fuse cover,  carefully remove the fuse from the battery and take a picture/video to our customer support
